beIN Sports Channel

Tagline: "The International Sports Network"

While they haven't been around for all that long, beIN has made major strides in the sports world over the past few years. Of note, they've expanded into a variety of well-established international soccer markets -- more specifically, thanks to a series of acquisitions, they now have the broadcast rights to the following countries/leagues: French football league (Ligue 1 and Ligue 1), Spain (La Liga, Copa del Rey), Brazil/South America (Copa Libertadores), Canada, Australia, etc. With a mix of top tier broadcast teams, the live events are entertaining and well produced as well (unless, of course, your favorite team is on the wrong side of the score :).
In addition to soccer, beIN has expanded into rugby (Super League, European Rugby), motorsports (Superbike league, FIFA Rallycross), tennis (Wimbledon, Davis Cup, Fed Cup, ATP World), handball (EHF Champions), basketball (Olympics), etc. So, just 5+ years in, beIN has become a large player in international sports and expect much of the same in the coming years.
