Over the past decade, US DISH has established itself as a top DISH retailer and they've done it the hard way. With an impressive marketing team and highly trained call center, they've always prioritized customer satisfaction above profit and it's led to plenty of word-of-mouth referrals and sustainable growth. A few years back, they completely revamped their website and it radically improved its ease-of-use and accessibility to promos, plan add-ons and more. Particularly in the satellite TV industry, retailers tend to come and go, for a variety of reasons. Don't expect USDISH to waiver or lose their stature anytime soon - they have a solid team at the helm well aware of the importance of customer service and long-term growth.

Disadvantages
- No online ordering (unlike the official DISH site), sign-up is via their call center only
- If you're not in the midwest, they'll likely contract out the installation (this is pretty much the industry standard, however).

From beginning to end they were pros and got the job done. Dish looks great and I got the price I wanted w/ no sneaky sales.

I live oh about 10 minutes from them and when I got fed up with cable I gave them a ring. No high pressured sales and they were willing to answer all my questions. After a week of looking around, I placed an order and am content so far ..and I'm not an easy one to please!
